​WE ARE REMAINING CURBSIDE INDEFINITELY FOR DROP OFF/PICK UP. YOU CALL US FROM THE PARKING LOT AND WE WILL MEET YOU OUTSIDE.
​Our Prices are based on many factors, weight of dog, type of haircut(if any), and temperament of the dog. A final price can not be given without seeing the dog first.
​We work on each dog straight through, so we try to spend roughly 1.5-2.5 hours per dog. Some grooms may take longer if their is a lot of coat to dry, the dog doesn't like the drying process, or the dog is difficult to groom. We will stop and give the dog a break if they seem to be getting stressed out, therefore your dog will be in our care a little longer than initially expected at drop off. We always call the number on file, or given to us at drop off, as soon as your dog is ready for pick up.
Additional fees will be added to the groom if:
🔹The groomer has to do any dematting(which it is up to the groomer if dematting is even possible)
🔹Rush Grooms(Their will be a $20 fee if you need the dog done sooner than our time estimate we give)
🔹Late Drop-Off. If you are anymore than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be up to the groomer if they still have time to groom your dog, otherwise the appointment will have to be rescheduled. If the groomer still takes your dog, it will be an extra $15 added to your groom for that day.
🔹Late Pick-Up. You have an hour from when we call to say your dog is ready for pick up. We charge $5 per dog for every half hour after that hour.
🔹No Call/No Show & Day of cancellations. If you do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel your appointment the same day you are scheduled to come in, you will be charged a $25 fee per dog.
